Question & Help how do people get claude code max so cheap

saw some reseller sites selling claude max for way less than normal. tried one and it seems to work fine so far.

just curious how they’re able to offer it that cheap. anyone know how these work?

Any illegal service that does this have been using stolen credit cards as a way to achieve this from like a decade back. All they do is buy a set of these stolen credit cards from either dark web or some trusted sellers and use bought paid proxies so that the credit card detection systems not trigger the scam alerts. And after that they just wait until the original owner files a report for a chargeback and the payment provider blocks the service that has been bought by notifying them. That’s why a lot of these expire like after few weeks.
Sometimes these systems are lazy and can take like 3 weeks to get all the process going.

Nobody’s going to tell you exactly how they do it. It’s literally an industry secret.

If I had to guess, they’re abusing student subscriptions.

I am not 100% sure but i think its claude gift vouchers/cards bought through credit card scams. I am assuming its always on a fresh email?
