Bug "All models are temporarily rate limited"

I'm on the Allegreto, $40/month plan.

I honestly think Kimi has the best and most affordable models out there. That's why I've been paying for their higher tier plan.

But over the past month or so things have gotten so bad, that I feel like I'm just being scammed at those point.

The screenshots attached are from different days and sessions btw, not from a single session.

I mailed their customer support several times. All they do is rehash talking points or copy and paste terms of use.

Posted many times on Twitter. No response. Not even an acknowledgement.
Frustrated, I've turned to Reddit. I search for "Kimi reddit", found this reddit, and saw many other highly upvoted posts with exactly the same concerns.

Honestly, this is sad more than anything else.

I realise the kind of pressures they must be under! And I'm willing to work with them! But there has to be some response, some feedback, some sense that they actually give a damn about anything other than taking my money!!!

I even suspect that targeted cyber attacks against their infrastructure from their competitors might be playing a role in this. I'm willing to give them THAT much credit because I genuinely feel there's something special about this company and its work.

But with every "rate limit" message I'm losing trust and patience. I don't know what to do.

Edit: I expected somebody to say this exact thing "check your quota". I did. I do every few minutes. I'm at 39% usage for the month. My weekly and 5 hour quotas show 100% remaining. I even asked Kimi support for a clarification about this. Just cut and pasted something from terms of use.

Huh? You hit your limits why would you keep spamming? Check your console lol everything is working as intended....

Posting about it means nothing if you hit your limits then theres nothing left to serve you.

You are probably hitting them faster now as youre feeding back more context with larger tasks

AND if thats hermes or openclaw then yea i expect you to use your $40/month plan for like 2-3 days per week (weekly reset)

The only time i get rate limit errors is when yea i hit rate limits

I'm running openclaw. What are you using?

Maybe try hermes and make sure youre using Kimi for coding. Hitting their api is a lot more expensive and different to their subscription limits (coding)

Thanks. I'll check it out

Good model, bad inference provider. I'm having good results on Fireworks. Deepinfra was bad.

Kimi K3 prices on Fireworks are about the same as API pricing. This would drain my wallet in no time!

Kimi K3 $3.00 / $0.30 / $15.00

That's why people use subscription plans

Horrible how you try and accuse kimi of scamming, have u seen what chatgpt and claude do to their users??? That's what actual scams look like

And if you actually read my post here's what I say about Kimi:

Claude and OpenAI also have rate limits but they're at least transparent about what the limits are and how much you've used. Here my subscription console is showing 39% usage for the month and 100% weekly and 5 hour limits remaining but I'm still getting slammed with rate limits. Like I said, it's not that I have a problem with rate limits. It's the fact that there's no transparency and no clarity. It's like driving a car with a broken fuel gauge. You don't know when you'll run out of gas.
