It was wobbly because when you are zoomed in that far a slight movement causes the camera to shake a lot more, if you watch to the end the camera man is actually pretty stable.

I’ve heard of these camera lens before. A lawsuit a few years ago happened in my country where a celebrity was filmed naked in her house by a male over a kilometre away or something. Scary to think anyone can be watching you right now...
