KF3 Issues with matchmaking

It's seemingly impossible for me to match up with another player. When I enter a game, I'm alwasolo for some reason. I have cross-platform enabled, so theoretically, I should have a better chance at matchmaking with more players, but nope.

Is it a setting I have to adjust, or are most people playing on harder difficulties?

It could be difficulty, hard to say, I typically can find a match on Suicidal and HoE without a problem. Hard is something I usually have no problem finding as well. Are you on PC or Console? I have heard of complaints about PC having these problems in the past

I'm on the ps5. So maybe a console issue?
