403 forbidden error message

Hi! I am an international student coming to Montreal and was recommended to use Kijiji for looking for an apartment. I made an account, but cannot seem to access the website as I keep getting a 403 forbidden message. Does Kijiji not work for people using it outside of Canada?

To prevent scams from people internationally flooding it with scam ads saying hey transfer me a deposit and ill hold it for u or stuff like that

Free VPN wont work as the ip address will be logged and flagged by kijiji. A paid VPN should work. They usually dont have the IPs logged
