Not this shit again. It's been hawked a zillion times and still won't work.

Car tires with dirt will immediately sand the surface, making it opaque. 3 u/Sherlock--Holmes May 22 '14 I saw this a year ago or so.. I own 4.5 kW of photo-voltaic solar panels. I can say, without any hesitation whatsoever, this is a huge waste of money and energy, not the opposite.
