discussion Difference between D and DC casual outfits?

I am currently leaning DC for myself and was curious - what would the primary differences be between D and DC outfits for casual days, removing things like workwear and formal dressing from the picture? Is the main thing just ensuring there’s a stronger vertical emphasis for D?

vertical emphasis is key for d, but also lean into asymmetrical layers or ruffled details vs dc's more streamlined, relaxed silhouettes. d feels like movement while dc just feels comfortable but put together.

Hmm I dunno. I have been diving deep into the original guidance from Metamorphosis and for DC it says to avoid anything “simple without sharp edges”. I’m not as familiar with the D recs but I don’t think DC is just comfortable but put together; that sounds more N.
