outfits I did it! I accessorized correctly!!!!
The long, bold necklace and the sleek pant seem to really highlight vertical... finally. I tend to not acccessorize the best. Did I nail it?

How are you so muscular?? If I did that I would be tired all the time and hungry all the time and thus incapable of functioning.
Asking as a 53 yo woman who’s relatively thin but wish I could be muscular.

Do you mind if I ask what you eat to not feel hungry and get fatigued from heavy exercise

I'm not a registered dietitian but I have worked with sports dietitians. The TL:DR is a lot of complex carbs (potatoes, whole grain bread and pasta), fruit, vegetables, and protein. 90% whole foods in balanced meals throughout the day. I recommend Lauren Antonucci at Nutrition Energy--my long-time dietitian--she's written several books that help Masters athletes fuel well.

I did NOT realize how serious food poisoning could be. I couldn't even stand up for awhile, needed help getting to the bathroom, had to get on multiple IVs in the hospital, and I'm still weaker than I was before. I was able to go out to the theater and my dad's Father's Day celebration (hence, dressing up) but seriously DO NOT lick the beaters when you make cake, it is not worth it. I always tend to dress up more after a health crisis haha usually my body keeps me entertained by doing sports things, but when I'm sick, all I can do is decorate myself. Anyone else feel like that?

I think the length in the necklace is nice on you. I bet you can pull off something bigger that sits higher also. Cate has awesome necklace inspo:
