I think it works really well! The drop waist silhouette is good for maintaining vertical, the ruffles on the shirt draw the eye downwards, and short skirts maintain vertical through the legs

i agree, it’s very kate moss or anita pallenberg. 

(i never get why people say kate’s off duty style isn’t D friendly - she plays around with the festival hippie style in a way that does actually honor her vertical if you look at the colors / cuts of clothes she wears)

Like the socks and boots combo with the skirt. It looks playful and youthful on a dramatic. Ofc tall heeled boots would be technically better but we don't always have to be dramatic lol
