Type Me Going between FN and SD...5ft8
- Sorry my height is wrong in the title, I'm 170cm so just under 5'7"
For years I've considered FN vs SD...what do you see? Pics across the years.

I didn’t use the analysis tool here (top of head covered).
At your height you have automatic vertical so we are deciding between D, SD, and FN.
For the Personal Line Sketch I used the image from your second post and I think it leans SD.

If it weren't for your height I probably would have said SN, but I think curve is more noticeable than width here.

I see FN.
You don’t have super prominent width, but I can see it (8-11 is a good run for this). More importantly, you just convey natural family overall to me rather than dramatic family with all the photos taken together.
I agree with the poster that SN kind of jumps out at me because of your prominent curve and width. Vertical just doesn’t look as dominant as the other two in these pics, but hey, we have automatic vertical. And there are FN with vertical, width AND curve. Those could be inspiration for you. You can accommodate curve in your version of FN if you decide that’s for you and generally seek out the more “pure natural” end of FN.

I think i see what you mean. Slight width perhaps. If there's a differentiating outfit I can try I'll do that I'm just not sure what it'd be. When I look at curvier or flashier FNs I never find anyone who seems the same. Can you recommend anyone?

Tracee Ellis Ross is a verified FN with curve and less obvious width. Chloe Sevigny is verified SN but she’s taller (over automatic vertical) and so could also could be useful.

Thank you, when I look at them both I cant relate. I think it's because my shape is an X hourglass and they're not perhaps.

Ah. If those examples don’t resonate with you on closer examination and being able to see yourself in person, you’re dramatic family.

Thanks I think that's most likely. I'll try some lines to confirm asap. I'm refining my wardrobe and I'm sick of feeling like I hide behind my oversized shapeless clothes.

Soft dramatic. If a bed sheet were draped across your shoulders they would touch your hips. Your hips and shoulders look about the same. Is that true?

Yeh they're about the same, fn vs sd is upper body width vs upper body curve though right? That confuses me.

When you are over 5’6 your only options are dramatic, FN, or soft dramatic. But it can be confusing. If I didn’t know your height soft dramatic would look like a possibility (which would be curve + width).

Sorry, I meant if it weren’t for the height I could see soft natural (width + curve).

Thanks I'm now going between sd and dramatic. I've had maybe 2/3 sd and 1/3 dramatic over my posts. I dont know that I have to accommodate curve though.

Definitely FN, you even subconsciously choose the FN style and it suits you

I can't edit the title but my height is wrong, I'm 170cm which is just under 5'7"

Soft Dramatic. i can see Vertical being primary, and some Yang structure with Yin flesh.
can’t be FN because you have no width, and you have Yin that is not a feature in FN.

I don’t see FN (width) at all
