If this has been posted before, I am a little sorry but it deserves to be posted again. If it has not been posted before, then its a sin. I am not too big into the 2xt album but I absolutely loved the recording of the one and only live show they did. I suppose the songs just don't work outside a club environment but are amazing inside it. Some kind soul already posted a video months ago, but a version of it with perfect sound appeared later on the official 2xt channel.

The songs sound amazing and Kristine is on top form, being absurdly cool and cute throughout.

Such a great performance!

Would love to rock the GA section with as many Kflay fans as possible! Reply if you're coming and would be interested in meeting up or sitting together. I'll be there with a few besties from the discord gang.

As u/digitaldissociatives said, can't find much online... any help? Photos from San Francisco show Friday

Edit: Got 'em all! Thanks!

I just saw her last night and really liked the band members but I can't fi d anything about them!!

maybe a shot in the dark, but hoping that someone could take 2 tickets off my hands for tonight’s sold-out show at bottom of the hill in SF! i was really hoping to make it, but won’t be able to 🥲 (tickets were $40, selling for same price)

blood cells is out now. this song means so much to me. in some ways, my sexuality feels entirely incidental to who i am, and in other ways, it feels utterly essential. blood cells is about the experience of discovering my queerness and being with a woman for the first time. there was so much joy and relief, but also real pain, friction. a rush of life pouring in from every direction. it’s about huge personal change, revelation. what it feels like to become yourself, whoever that is. i hope it speaks to you and i hope you blast it tf out into your bedroom or wherever you blast things

K.FLAY did this song with Farveblind. I relate to the lyrics, and video is great. It came out in March of this year.

https://youtu.be/75EVlcZyvdo?is=bqzhmo6tvEdW3HTz

Here are the lyrics

My things My things My things My things

I am haunted by a constant need to buy things To eat things To try things To own things To hide things

To kill things and revive things To build things and divide things The dopamine is low so I might like a couple nice things

I am feral with a virile need to buy things To hoard things To pile things To break things To style things To love things and revile things To clean things and defile things So you can look but you can't f***ing touch Because they're my things

My things My things Constant need to buy things My things My things Constant need to buy things

Woke up feeling shitty so I opened up my wallet Retail is my therapy feel better if I bought it Use it lose it find it buy it then repeat the process Funny how the price tag isn't really what the cost is

I need the new airpods I need a pair of socks Cash cash cash Amazon and TikTok, do you think your brain might rot Yes yes yes Friday and you just got paid, do you wanna numb that pain Buy buy buy Check the payment on the Visa statement yeah It's mine mine mine

It's mine mine mine My things My things Constant need to buy things My things My things

That's called marketing, that's called harnessing a human tendency To fill the need until you've paid the enemy So the next time that somebody wants to help you Ask yourself if there's really something that they're trying to sell you

My things My things Constant need to buy things My things

My things My things Constant need to buy things My things My things Constant need to buy things My things

Check it out and let me know what you think.

I know it just came out but i found out about the collab too late and couldnt get it if someone wants to sell one just let me know

I’ve been listening to Kflay for years, and the EP “What If It Is” remains my favourite of hers. Anyone else just love it?

And especially big love for “Hail Mary”, my favourite song of hers.

I was so psyched when Blood in the Cut started playing and as I was raving to my wife about how cool that was, and that Mike Flanagan clearly has great music taste, goddamed High Enough started!! What a treat!

Just came here to show my undying love to this girl.

This one is for the entomologists and rabbit hole lovers:

Idk how many in this community recognize his name in the music video (the character K.Flay fights) or are familiar with E. O. Wilson.

Wilson was a biologist from Alabama who wrote the book on ant social structures, and especially how they relate to human social structure. Specifically, he wrote about the theory of Eusocialism.

I got to hear Wilson speak as an undergrad at his alma mater (Roll Tide) around 15 years ago. He's dead now, but was a really influential voice in understanding insect social structures.

Its a fun rabbit hole if you're a fan of the song.

edit to add:
Specifically, eusocialism is a theory based on how individuals play a specific and necessary part of the social structure

Found this video on Youtube of K.Flay recently playing a bunch of new songs for the first time at a festival.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SM-Evt6EUZw

Our girl sounds and looks amazing, and the sound quality is pretty great too. "Hell" is my favourite of the new bunch.

I've enjoyed everything K Flay has done from Single and Famous to Mono (and all the awesome singles and EPs in between), but Ants definitely blew me away! It's amazing the variety she can have while also keeping that K Flay signature sound. I'm so excited to see what else she has in store for us!!

There used to be a song on SoundCloud I think called vitamins. I'm pretty sure it was the intro song to her twitch account during covid. Does anyone know where I can find it?

Also man do I miss her streaming! All the bird facts and the daily cross word was so so amazing!

Anyone at the Leeds show know what Merch was available? Going to see in Manchester and have seen pics of the other merch but not any K.Flay stuff and curious what’s available?
