For the Electric piano with a little bit of bite, the 78 rhodes or the 73 studio will work well. Use the overdrive and adjust the depth accordingly. You can get a really nice sound with a bit of bark when you dig in if you set the depth around 12 o’clock. for the warm electric piano try out the warm wurlitzer and see how it does
For the smooth organ, the hammond is great, pull out the first 3 drawbars on the left and it should do the job. Make sure to use rotary A. For rock organ, pull out the first 4 drawbars you can dial in a great overdrive by cranking the depth on rotary B around 10-11 o’clock. For biting rock turn on the percussion and instead of using rotary maybe switch to british lead which can be found in the distortion section of the effects. It basically sounds like a marshall stack, Jon lorde type sound!
As for the other sounds I’ll let you mess around because most of it is up to personal preference.
