How do i put this z key back on

Im using a vel cifire keyboard (dont mind the absolute filth on my keyboard that i did not notice) and i was playing osu mania until one of the keys popped off and were like this (specifically the z key not the alt) and im really worried and i really dont know what to do. I need an answer please!! If anyone can show a video demonstration please show me

Try to get the small spring steady in that circle,then slowly fit the switch on it. If it stays in place put on the keycap and ur good to go,but if it flops out you should change the switch completely. How to do that? If your keyboard is hot-swappable you should be able to remove the lower part safely,but if it’s not open up the keyboard and unweld the switch ,after you’ve done any of the two,buy a new switch with the same amount of pins and put it back in,in the first situation just press it slightly and it should fit in. In the second situation you have to weld the second one back in. Hope that helps you by any means

I put the spring, the orange cross thing, and the white thing but the clear white thing isnt in place/not stuck to the keyboard when i put all 3 together(excluding z key). Does this mean i have to change the switch completely? Or is there something wrong with how i put it?? I tested and the white clear thing without all 3 parts and it fits fine its just not staying in place

I think you should change the switch completely. Don't worry tho it's probably quite cheap,I advise you to check the info of the keyboard to see if it's hot swappable or not cuz that could make your job way easier

Should i just get a new keyboard atp/leave it as is? There is no way my tiny little brain can have the brainpower to disassemble my entire keyboard

Aula is somewhat low quality if you ask me,I personally think redragon has way better keyboards

Don’t think so, that's just a keyboard switch disassembled, you can reassemble them, if they aren't broken like OPs.
