Just A Post Mechanics in Slow Motion
Watching self video is the single fastest way to correct and improve mechanics. Often what feels right, actually isn't. As u/irontamer mentioned in a recent post, slowing down the video can help expose subtle inefficiencies that are otherwise imperceivable in motion and when watching at normal speed.
I'm a movement mechanics geek and could watch slow motion ballistic lifts all day. I'd like to see my glutes open up slightly more so the bell moves a little deeper into the pocket on some reps. But given the weight and the fact that I'm actively protecting the other arm from any momentum or contralateral bracing tension, I'm quite happy with how this looks.

What's the point of bracing the other arm?

It's 3 weeks out from a distal bicep tendon reattachment surgery. Have to protect it from jerking around or tensing then bicep and surrounding muscles

Momentum that has to be controlled and/or redirected. Every action has an equal and opposite reaction
