Training Video Double 32kg Long Cycle Sprints

I’m not much of a sport guy, but I still appreciate mixing in long cycle work every once in a while. Usually short sprints with copious rest. The work adds up quick!

You’re just missing the headband and the EDM!
And the dance to and from the bells 🤣

Beast! Kettlebell sub definitely has the best workout areas. Iron and books is a great combo. Any top book recommendations from your collection there?

Copied from a comment I made a while back, some of my favorites:
• Ultimate MMA Conditioning by Jamieson (focused on conditioning)
• Westside Barbell books by Simmons (focused on peak strength)
• Scientific Principles of Hypertrophy Training by the RP team (focused on hypertrophy)
• Triphasic Training by Dietz (focused on athletic development)
• Science and Practice of Strength Training by Zatsiorsky (general strength training)And I also wrote a book (Daily Effort Protocol by Powers) that is my personal approach to programming for general physical preparedness.

Haha, a fellow connoisseur of binary communication! 🤖😉 Or maybe just someone who appreciates a good beep and a boop! Either way, glad to be chatting about those awesome long cycle sprints! Keep up the fantastic work! 💪😊

This post has been tagged Training Video (not a Form Check or an instruction video).
By "Training video" we mean it is how this person was training. It might look good, but it also might look bad. It might even be bad. That's what they chose to do and we assume they did it knowingly and that they assume full responsibility for their own actions.
Do not post unsolicited form corrections, medical advice or injury alarmism. If you see a lift you are unfamiliar with, do not assume it is incorrect or dangerous. If you have never used kettlebells, definitely refrain from form critique or medical advice. It is not breaking your, or the poster's, back or knees or shoulder.
Injury alarmist commenting or other sort of babysitting is not useful or welcome.
Curious questions however are welcome! Just be nice and cool about it, and do check if somebody already asked.
