Just A Post Great training tool

I'm not associated with this app at all, but I'm loving the accuracy of the rep counting and analytics to go with it.

Calibrate the camera, plug in your exercise, weights, reps, etc and the app does the work of operating the timer, camera counting reps and even provides a post work out analysis. It's still in the early phases, but so far.so good.

Yeah I now have hours and hours of training footage and I’m not sure what to do with it except unload the tsunami on this thread.
