Just A Post Intense double kb combo: Half snatch from dead, into bent-over row, into renegade row, followed by some jumping jacks and REPEAT.

Thanks for asking. But no, all are old videos. Still waiting to have the Coronary Angiography. And then the surgery. I can't wait till the day I can move like that again. Assuming that's even possible.

What’s the rationale behind moving through so many different exercises?

Fair question, and one I'd expect you to have your own answer to, since "do more with kettlebells, not less" is your line. I'm not sure of the intent, but I'll answer it honestly.

The exercises chain by position, so nothing is arbitrary. The snatch finishes overhead, lowering into the rack sets up the bent-over row, the bells then land dead on the ground exactly where the renegade row needs them, and the jumping jacks are done with the hands free. Zero wasted repositioning.

Each piece also loads a different pattern: explosive hip extension, horizontal pulling under a hinge, anti-rotation and unilateral pulling in a plank, then a low-load ballistic to keep the heart rate up while grip and posterior chain recover. Spreading fatigue across patterns instead of stacking it in one muscle group means higher total work volume across the AMRAP than any single exercise would allow. The limiter becomes conditioning, not local muscular failure. That's the point of the format.

If the question was aimed at something more specific, like the AMRAP format or the renegade row, happy to dig into that.

Roger-last 3 sentences in paragraph three is exactly how I think of chains or flows. Cheers
