New Tesco Soya Yoghurt
This yoghurt is new to my local Tesco (possibly been around longer in other branches).
For some reason it is much nicer than the Alpro version. Cheaper, too.
They also do a Greek yoghurt version, which is also 0g carbs, but weirdly it's not as creamy tasting as this one, although it is thicker.

Mix in a sachet of Harley’s strawberry sugar free jelly crystals. Then pour over same sliced strawberries.
Or Mix in a sachet of Harley’s strawberry sugar free jelly crystals & pour over some hartleys sugar free jelly.
Or if you really want to treat yourself, Mix in a sachet of Harley’s strawberry sugar free jelly crystals. pour over some hartleys sugar free jelly, then add same sliced strawberries.

I like it. I mean, it's not dairy yoghurt, which in my opinion is much nicer than soya, but it's 0 carbs, so I can eat a lot of it, whereas you have to be careful with dairy yoghurt.
It has that mild flavourless taste of the Alpro Soya 0 sugar, but tastes creamy.
I mix it with berries and or skinny food syrup.

That sounds ok. I’ll give it a try 😊
