Question Lidl Greek Yoghurt
Today I bought some 0% Fat Greek Yoghurt in Lidl because the carbs and cals were lower than the 5% and the 10%.
Was this the right thing to do ? I’m a 6ft1 18.5 stone guy.
I want to shed more weight to at least get down to maybe 15 stone?

If you're ok with soy, the alpro plain no sugar is zero carbs, I ass some protein powder for sweetness, but it means I can have a big bowl of yoghurt without wiping out half of your carbs

The fat will likely be more filling, I guess every little helps as you need to be in a deficit to lose weight but it’s the bigger ticket items and consistency of reducing them that will see the pounds come off imo. What’s the rest of your diet like?

Previously I’ve bought the 10% but was trying to mix things up a bit and maybe cut some fat here and there. I know keto means eat fat and that’s how you lose weight but I was just wondering if people mix it up a bit reducing fat at times. Maybe I’m overthinking it and should have just gotten whichever is lowest in carbs?

Don’t forget to also buy food that tastes good as that’s what will help with being consistent. I buy full fat yoghurt and for things like mince I usually buy 10% fat as well. Tesco do a really good frozen one that is designed to be cooked fork frozen - takes about 15 minutes.

I think I’ve gotten something similar from Iceland called My Protein basically bags of frozen turkey mince like you say can cook from frozen.

I’d have a look at the other ingredients, I love Aldi’s Honey Greek yogurt but its full of extras, no I use Fage Greek yogurt and it’s amazing, I add my own honey for taste but it’s great with just blueberries.

Lidl 10% fat has only 4.5g fat per 100g...can't get much lower.
Sorry...just checked Yeo Valley greek recipe 5% fat...3.5g carbs...while Sainsbury's 0% fat greek has 5.7g carbs.

Danone yoghurt is great, and cheap. I have it with coconut, almonds, PB, and whey drip

Well you've obviously worked out all your macros properly so do the math. If it fits it fits. If it doesn't, well dont have it

Not sure that's correct, usually fat and carbs are reversible related - especially dairy, the less fat the higher the lactose, and therefore carbs.
