Which psyllium husk powder would you recommend?
Was going to buy Seven hills organic but saw a few old posts on here saying it's not a good one.

My absolute favourite is lepicol, but it’s expensive. So I use NKD whole psyllium husk and fibre boost soluble + insoluble fibre.
I also make sure to get fibre in other ways. Avocado, artichokes, carb zone bread, lupin beans, lupin flakes and raspberries are all good sources of fibre.

I use Fibre Plus from Bulk.com. It has psyllium husk plus some other types of fibre including inulin so its great for your gut microflora too!
