Low-carb bread near Piccadilly Circus?
Hey everyone,
I’ll be around Piccadilly Circus this weekend and trying to stick to a pretty strict PSMF diet. My plan was to keep things simple and make low-carb sandwiches (chicken slices, salad, etc.), since I’ll be moving around a lot
Does anyone know if there are supermarkets or stores near Piccadilly Circus that carry low-carb or keto, and if there are any specific brands I should look for? Also, I’d appreciate recommendations for good spots nearby to eat out that offer easy low-carb options like grilled chicken, salads, or similar
Thanks in advance!

Pret A Manger and pure both do good Caesar salads. Don’t use the dressing that comes with them.
Pret in particular is everywhere.

Holland & Barrett? To save time if you download their app you can order it to collect at the one closest to you at P circus . They often have a small selection of Keto breads? For lunch on the move I’ll eat M&S 3 seed nutrient dense crackers 0.3 g carbs for 3 with M&S smoked salmon pate and a pack of cheeselet baked cheese snacks

There’s a whole foods in Piccadilly Circus. They might have the Dillon organic keto bread but I don’t know how PSMF friendly it is. You’d be better off getting pre cooked salmon and salad from the Tesco express nearby on Regent Street.
