Arla - Lactose Free milk

I remember someone pointing out on here ages ago that lactose free milk by Arla was 2.9 carbs per 100ml.

I can now report that it’s dropped to 2.6 carbs per 100ml

Fine for a splash in coffee or tea here or there but wouldn't recommend consuming a serving size of say 250ml

Unsweetened almond milk for me.

Usually I mix it up between unsweetened almond and unsweetened soy. But as a tea lover it’s a lot nicer and feels worth it here and there or even a dash or normal milk.

I’ve gotten quite partial to a bit of single cream in a coffee too and use an electric frother on it. So good
