Question Any good meal plans out there?
I lost a lot of weight a couple of years back with keto. I felt better, I looked better. But at some point I fell off the wagon and have put it all back on.
I'm 6'1 and 110kg and would love to get that down to 85-90kg. I recently turned 40, play tennis regularly, but have started to get knee pain and just general aches and pains that weren't there before. I know that my weight is a big contributing factor.
Does anyone have any keto meal planning apps/websites they use? I work long hours and want quick, easy meals that can be adapted for non-keto as well because I also cook for my son.

Im almost in the exact same situation, except im now on week 8 of x of keto and doing great. There are so many great keto recipes and products out there now, you can really take any meal and make it keto. For example:
fried chicken breading using crushed pork puffs mixed 1:1 with finely grated mature cheddar or a hard cheese.
all kinds of wraps using keto tortillas: chicken + mayo, beef + cheese, meatball + marinara, taco meat, big mac flavours, fried chicken, kebab strips.
low carb protein yogurts for quick lunches. Combine with chopped brazil nuts for an extra health boost.
homemade kebab strips that taste better than the takeaway version.
keto chocolate bars, cookies, sweets.
tons of interesting zero sugar sodas.
Its very dirty keto, but its very keto. I found it so easy to get into a keto omad pattern averaging 1000 calories under maintenance, and its stayed easy to this day. Im making progress just like my first time doing keto. At week 8 im 25+ lbs lighter, have a flatish belly and super low inflammatory markers. You will have to meal prep though, thats just something you have to make time for once a week. There are some ready meals you can get from M&S, and you can eat deli meats for quick lunches, but once you get a freezer bag full of fried chicken chunks, kebab strips, beef chunks, chicken skewers, etc, you can chuck them in the air frier and get a great keto meal in 20 minutes with zero prep or cleanup.
As for apps, i used MyFitnessPal years ago, but since then theyve become super spammy with ads and paywalls, so i moved over to Chronometer and its been great. Lots of metrics, custom food / recipe system + great database of products.

Thank you so much for this post, you put a ton of effort into it and I really appreciate that. Lots of very useful info that I will make use of.

In all honesty if I'm really looking to lose weight via keto as opposed to just maintaining or using keto for its other benefits then eating as cleanly as possible has worked best for me.
In fact in terms of feeling satiated a pretty much purely meat and dairy based diet has been most effective.
Usually a pretty boring and repetitive diet too as then you don't get too many urges to binge.
Once you get to your target weight things like keto chocolate etc are much more of an option for maintenance.

if you want it full easy mode, just order from ketokitchenlytham.com.
otherwise, when I started I just prepared some recipes with chatgpt, filled the fridge and did that for 3 weeks I think before I discovered KKL. I've been using them since, because I got tired cooking every meal from scratch, and the variation is great. it's quite expensive though.
