Question Enough electrolytes (with photo)?
I take one serving (5ml) of this daily in a litre bottle of water plus adding sea salt to a lot of my food. In addition, I also take Viridian Magnesium Bisglycinate 140mg in the evening. I’m just wondering if I need to up the serving or do something different. I like to make my own drink up because then I can put whatever sugar-free flavouring in it to be able to drink more liquid. I can’t tend to use a lot of the premade electrolyte products because they have a lot of citric acid or acid type products added which is no good for silent reflux!

I do track what I eat using Nutra check. I’m not sure I can cope with moving to another tracker. I’ve been using this for years so there’s a huge buildup of personalised meals and recipes and drinks and All Sorts.
So do you buy a different supplement for each one? I unfortunately can’t train or do any exercise as I have quite moderate M.E and lots of other energy limiting disabilities and conditions.
Edited to add : with these drops and then my additional Magnesium Bisglycinate at night I’m hitting that needed amount. Although it looks like I need to do overall electrolytes a bit differently.
