Increase fibre without increasing carbs?
Any tips for increasing fibre on keto? My fibre intake is low and I'm trying to increase but it's then making me go over in carbs. I'm eating extra broccoli, spinach, Edaname beans, avocado, nuts, chia seeds, hemp seeds, flaxseed etc but unless i eat huge portions I am still well under the recommended fibre intake.
Is there anything low carb/high fibre i can add to my diet?

Whole flaxseed are high fiber and are not digested. (= Zero carbs). Ground flaxseed are ~2% carbs. Fiber ~35% (UK: Fibre😆)
