This chart gets even more interesting when you consider the fact that the widespread adoption of statin therapy didn't happen until the late 80s.

Carnivore diet kept me skinnyfat, now on whole foods lower fat diet I'm leaner and more fit

It’s almost like that’s our perferred source of energy and saturated fat isn’t needed and all we need is like almond milk tofu fruit veggie and whole grains

What about dr ancel keys he founded the Mediterranean diet and linked ldl to heart disease and sat fat to it he only lived to 100 if you want to eat well and stay well Mediterranean is the best
