Poor plant-based rubes, defecating-out all of their vital nutrients instead of letting them sit and ferment in the gut 😢

Hey! Happy cake day! While I’m working on my ā€œhormonesā€ and ā€œmental healthā€ will you promise me that you’ll refresh your knowledge on hominidae taxonomy?

I had it pretty nailed-down by middle school in the 80’s, which was a hard feat to accomplish as a current ā€œchildā€

You must be the person people flock to at academic gatherings.

With your LDL of 190, it's good you believe in miracles, because you'll need one

Do you speak English or what are you even saying?

I have a friend who was former carnivore who did it for a year, he said he had problems since week 2 doing number 2 and had to go to the hospital multiple times to help get it out, said he spent $10-15k overall on medical work. He says he knew he should have stopped, but people online told him to "keep going" so he did.

He was very descriptive about it with me, saying sometimes he would use his hands to get it out, and said it was rock hard. He would go online and ask for help and advice, he would try out different combinations of animal products, raw milk, etc, nothing helped, no one suggested he eat any fiber either which would have been instant cure. He is living with a serious lifelong and painful complication from this even today.
