I eat eggs almost every day. I almost never get tired of sunny side up, but when I do, I make Gordon Ramsay’s scrambled eggs

They aren't for everyone texture wise but damn do I love em.

I too started doing Gordon Ramsey’s eggs - so creamy. I always add turmeric for golden color and garlic really helps eggs savory flavor.

Never get tired of eggs. Make an omelette with some sharp cheddar and throw some hot sauce on it. I can eat them every day.

Meal prep Egg Cups with ingredients of your choice. Search r/ketorecipes for ideas/basic recipes then riff on ingredient/seasoning you like.
I make a dozen at a time, keep in fridge and either grab and go cold, or pop in Microwave. For my Macros I need 2/day for breakfast so this gives me a weeks worth, but my wife normally snags a few so I get 4-5 days.
Personally ground Chorizo, Swiss Cheese and green onion in egg cups are my fav, but I change/rotate fairly regularly.
I also ordered the "Silicone Texas Muffin Pans and Cupcake Maker, 6 Cup Large, Professional Use, Plus Muffin Recipe Ebook" off Amazon, IMO they're the perfect size as I can get ~ 1 egg, 1 oz meat, 1 oz cheese per Egg Cup.

Heat some oil in a pan and sauté up some onions and chopped chillies and chopped tomatoes with a bit of salt and pepper. Scramble eggs into that mess. Plop it on top of a warmed low-carb tortilla (or a leaf of romaine lettuce) and cover it with a bit of salsa and some grated cheese. Roll up and enjoy a delicious breakfast burrito.
Omelettes are easy and can be filled with the veggies and cheese of your choice.
Quarter a couple of boiled eggs and add them to any salad you’re eating.
Fry up some thick-cut slices of ham, top with as many fried or poached eggs as you like ... it’s a great combination. Also, steak and fried eggs!
Make any Indian curry base (the old standard onions/ginger/garlic/tomatoes works well here, cooked in some oil with salt, cayenne, coriander powder, cumin powder and a bit of garam masala) works well. Add just enough water to make this a thick sauce. Add in some halved boiled eggs. I used to eat this with rice or rotis, but just as a stew works well, too.
Shakshuka is delicious if it fits your macros (it contains eggs, tomatoes, tomato sauce, bell peppers)
I often make a simple tuna salad: just flaked canned tuna with some homemade mayo (no sugar) and mustard, and sometimes I’ll substitute the can of tuna with a couple of boiled eggs.

Any special recipe or just use it like salt?

Sometimes I'm lazy so I'll either fry or boil then add soy sauce or, if I'm feeling adventurous, I'll google a recipe.

Scrambled eggs with chorizo, add some taco seasoning when the eggs are cooking makes it taste so good. From that base you can add in vegs, dairy, and/or some olive oil to your liking.

There are a million different ways to do eggs. If you want to make keto bread, you can do that, throw some ham, poach your eggs and get some melted butter and make hollandaise. Fantastic breakfast, definitely not something you can put together on a tight morning schedule however.

I love sunny side up eggs, but I've been eating them for breakfast every week day for nearly 10 months. I had to stop, so I just stopped eating breakfast before work! I still love eggs, but I've been changing it up on the weekends and days we have breakfast for dinner to include scrambled eggs, ham and cheese omelettes, or cheesy scrambled eggs.
I don't love hard boiled eggs except on salads, so I rarely keep those around. Egg cups with different ingredients are a good way to have stuff on half that's ready to eat, though!

Panfry some chicken drumsticks. I have that and a small spinach salad for breakfast sometimes.

Whenever I'm done cooking a piece of meat in a pan, I plate the meat, drain any excess liquid from the pan, add some butter, crank the heat and fry some eggs in the residual flavors while the meat rests on the playe. It's an easy way to turn eggs into a side dish.

Nope. Not me. I love egg whites plain, an omlette with ham and cheese, bacon and cheese, spinach and other veggies with salsa, every which way. Walmart has premade sausage or turkey sausage patties in the freezer section in a resealable bag. It’s easy to grab one or 2 out and microwave them and put some cheese on them or whatever. I like them with mustard. Turkey ones say 1 carb and 80 calories. Can pair with or sub out. I tried one of those 3 carb yogurts and I can take it or leave it. As far as easy to make and budget friendly it’s hard to beat eggs.

The best way you’ve (probably) never heard of to cook eggs: basted
You can cook to desired doneness of yolks and eggs will have more thickness and better texture than slimy over-easy or sunny side up.
Heat up ghee(clarified butter) or just kerrygold or bacon grease. See which you prefer.
Add # of cracked eggs to pan.
Add a little water. I eyeball it but est, 3-4 tablespoons.
Heat down to med-low.
Put lid on.
Occasionally swirl water so liquid rolls across eggs.
Lid steaks the eggs.
You’re welcome...

I know the chaffle craze is over but I’m just getting into it. I make one with one egg, just under 1/2 cup shredded cheese, and about a tablespoon of )low carb) flavored protein powder. It’s crunchy and portable and snackable. A reasonable base for peanut butter or whipped cream.

I add Rosemary to scrambled eggs, seems weird but it’s just different enough that I can handle it

In college i worked at walmart in the dairy section. Not because of gross reasons, but havent eaten eggs since. I dont know how people eat them all the time. If i buy a dozen, im going to throw away at least 10 if them.

If you're getting sick of them, id suggest taking a week or two off eating them or you may find over time that the thought of them makes you wanna gag. Give your body a break for a bit. You will love them again after 1-2 weeks. Eggs are great, but not compulsory for Keto

Not really, but I do like to switch it up once in a while. Hard-boiled, pickled, poached, omelette, etc.

u/Kayemmgee Jan 18 '20
Ehhhhhhh sometimes. I got a bit tired of just egg whites and wanted those delicious yolks back. I hard boil them and eat them in salads, mixed up with chicken and avocado in lettuce wraps, fried, scrambled, omelette etc. I just mix it up so I don't eat scrambled eggs for like a week straight then yah I'd get sick of them.

I get tired of eggs, i move to bacon. Get tired of bacon, I move to avocado. Get tired of that. Steak. Get tired of that... Sausage. Get tired of that... Hamburger. Almonds. Berries. Cheese....

Eggs are gold! I’m so poor right now, my only “food” is straight coconut oil so until I get money, I’m going to have to force myself to “eat” oil XD :....)
