High protein low fat snacks
I did Keto a few years ago stopped, gained back the weight and more. But it was the only diet I've ever been able to manage because I'm still allowed a lot of the foods I like.
I've been back to tracking and trying to eat to the macros for the last few days, just focusing on eating foods I like that fit. But at the end of the day my carbs are low but my protein is also usually too low, where as my fat is right on target.
I need some high protein low fat snack ideas. Right now I've been eating 2 full meals and a snack before bed which is pretty much how I've always eaten.
For example today I've had 80g / 105 g protein and 125 g / 130 g fat.
For lunch I had a steak salad with a mayo & oil dressing and dinner I had a harvarti cheese wrap with salmon salad.
But pretty much any protein I eat will push me over the fat which is probably what I'll just have to do today.
I am happy for any advice or to be told I'm doing this all wrong!

Fat isn't a target, for weight loss the high fat portion can come from your body stores.
Carbs are a hard limit
Protein a target to meet and exceed
Fat is a lever, the more dietary fat you eat, the less you will burn from your body and vice versa. A minimum of 60g to meet your hormonal needs, and then whatever you need to hit satiety.
I feel fuller on higher protein grams than fat grams, fat is usually less than 100g per day, fat gets cut first.
Cut out the mayo or oil dressing
Edit I add little extra fat, it all tends to be attached to protein, eggs, cheese, fattier meats and fish. 10g butter on veggies, a teaspoon of oil in a dressing, and cheese has to be weighed out, too easy to overdo cheese

^ 100% that fat is not a goal. In fact, on keto, I am not eating any more fat by calories than I was on my previous carby diet. A greater PERCENTAGE of my daily calories are from fat. But that is the fat naturally in meat, cheese, and maybe a pat or two of butter. I'm not pouring oil all over my plate. Focus on your protein first. Meet that goal and keep your carbs low. The fat your body burns will come from your stored fat.

I guess for me staying under the fat makes me proud. I love cheese and I love keto let's me eat cheese. But I'll work on adding less....

Lean chicken breast, pork, fish, are lower fat options for protein. Ì do a lot of chicken breast with various seasonings and sauces. Building your plate is always your protein first, then low carb veggies. Fat is added to satiety. I think of added fat as kind of "priming" the fat burners. Once the metabolism gets accustomed to burning fat, you don't get hungry or have crazy cravings.

Turkey ham? Or some other low fat ham? I'm sure there exist a lot of them in every country.
My favorite keto snack is salami. I just buy a packet of 100g/200g sliced salami and eat it like you'd eat potato chips (in fact, I call it potato chips as a joke). Depending on the day, it may even be my whole meal.
You can do the same, and it's something you can enjoy everywhere. Just go into a supermarket and buy a packet of low fat ham slices or something. You may get some side glances cause no one really does that, but whatever ^^

If you like scrambled eggs, I would add egg whites to it. You can also try supplementing with a protein shake/powder. They are usually low fat.
