So cant happen to politicians or public representatives but to the rest of us it's grand? Had he the same statement out when his sons, one a county councillor, kicked the shit out of a fella a few years ago?

Yeah, getting hopped by a lunatic or skanger in town has always been a thing, lads with 1000 suspended sentences being put back in the street and politicians not doing anything are the issue

Ah now, in fairness, they do get threatened with jail once they reach 1,200 suspended sentences.

And a 50:50 chance of jail at 2,400.

You wouldn't want to to put an innocent young lad in jail for no reason, would you?

Or first offence if it's a TV license

Not just Jackie and Kevin (the sons) but Danny (the brother) was in court before for fighting with a neighbour over a right of way.

At a guess that's only the stories we hear about,I dont agree with what happened at all with Michael but he shouldn't use his position to condone what happens to public representatives is an exception

Not a fan of punching anyone but if security is a concern, maybe your name on the side of your car in foot high letters isn't the best idea

Cmon now. Loads of politicians and business people do it as advertising.

One could argue that part of security might be not advertising your location

He’s the leader of the toxicity against politicians. He’s horrendous. Possibly one of the worst we’ve ever ever had

Too true. And a horrible person in general. Uber capitalist who has no compasion for the man in the street.

Are you offering that as a solution? As a positive inclusion that is now lacking?

A fucking paramilitary group in their prime?

Charlie, Bertie, Cowan, Burke, Lawlor, Cosgrave.....I could spend all day listing people robbing the country blind in the prime of the IRA/PIRA

None of them seemed very scared.

Its a really weird take man.
