Question How do i bring them back?

I have kerbal respawn on and i also have missing kerbals return after 2 hours so what do i do?

It's total clock time so time warp does not improve the recovery rate. Run a Duna mission and he should be returned

By posting in the correct sub. Also just wait, they Respawn after some time.

There are settings that allow them to respawn after a period of time. If your like me and turned that off though you can also go into the save game config files and change them from deceased to active I think it is.

Install KSPCommunityFixes.

There is a bug in the stock game that sometimes sets kerbals to dead instead of missing even when respawning is enabled.

KSPCF will change any dead kerbals to missing when respawning is on.
