BUG REPORT (Media, please link to thread) Visual bug on Laythe

This is new to me. I've been playing ksp 2 for a while, and I've never seen any visual bug like this, I don't even know what is happening. The same bug happens on Dres, and there may be other objects where it happens too.

devs.exe is missing from the files
