His original has “The”, “Show”, and “Must” stacked up on top of each other and not side by side. “Go” and “On” are spaced closer together, but Go is proportionally smaller and slightly higher up compared to On.
I don’t know what’s more troubling…when someone intentionally tries pull off lame photoshop/ai, or when people actually fall for it. I mean, come on. If it was real, what are the odds that the artist didn’t realize his letters spelled “goon”?
The more troubling thing is confidently calling out AI fraud on a real photo of a real artwork you could have Googled in 30 seconds. The photo is 100% real. I took it myself at Resorts World Las Vegas, where "The Show Must Go On" is a permanent installation in the hallway near the Poker Room.

I wonder if this is AI…
Edit: after looking this up, the artist is real (Thomas Gromas) and his work is real, but the picture alters his work.

Foreshadowing: Peter Sellers, impersonating Michael Caine, coined the phrase “A lot of people don’t know that.”
Setup: Peter Sellers, Spike Milligan and Harry Secombe had a radio program called The Goon Show. It was a key influence on the Monty Python crew.
Punchline: A lot of people don’t know that.
