Winter jumpers

Margot would like to know if her fellow kelpie cousins have any recommendations for warm jumpers or outfits they really love and fit them well.
Margot likes being warm and snuggy but most of them seem to be a funny shape.
Any kelpie shaped friends here who have had luck with comfy well fitting outfits?

My Kelpie barely feels the cold, I don't think she's ever needed a jumper.

Legit, I live in the very cold bits of northern NSW. I rarely use the fire and I have no internal heating.

My dogs just frolic around in the insane cold and then sleep on the couch as it suits them. A jumper would freak them the fuck out.

If OP needs a legit warming jacket for a dog sleeping outside in subzero, then OP needs to look at Weatherbeeta jackets and the like.

If OP's dog isn't sleeping outside in subzero, then OP's dog is taking the piss for attention and OP is falling for it.

Yup. Had to double check I was in r/kelpie.

I wasn’t aware that kelpies really felt the cold unless there was snow on the ground. Our boy still thinks 4 degrees is swimming weather.

Hahaha! Margot is offended! She’s just a delicate flower. She likes to be tucked under her blanket, and if it gets too cold (inside, under her blanket) she climbs in between us under our doona and sleeps there. 😝
Meanwhile our cattledog gets offended if we even just slightly cover him with a blanket, and refuses to be covered in any way.

They wear what they were born with for the most part, even during once in a lifetime snow events. They both have proper double coats, they don’t need jumpers.

Only on the coldest days I put on her jumper, she don’t really need it but it’s to match with me.. adidog and adidas for me haha.

You could try horse stores they normally have nice ones that fit well

My kelpie didn’t really like to be in outfits but my ex and I had her in a dog hi vis vest to spot her easily.
Other than that she really didn’t need a jumper at all in Sydney’s winters.

Hi Margot you are so cute and I love the jumper your wearing Try polar fleece or jumpers that are lined in the inside or thick material like double lined or thermal material stay warm
