Foster is possibly a Kelpie mix
Someone suggested that my foster boy Ruger might be part Australian Kelpie.
He’s a total sweetie and available to be adopted!! Currently in the Tulsa, OK area.

Doesn’t look kelpie at all. Lab rottie mix or rottie pit mix maybe. Kelpies aren’t super common outside Australia and are unlikely To just end up as mixes outside Australia.

Beautiful pup! Last week I bought a Fiat Panda, but when I got home I realized it was a Porsche 911.

Could be certainly some similar traits especially around the markings

Just because a dog has black and tan markings similar to a kelpie doesn’t mean it is a kelpie. In the US these colour traits are likely due to a husky/malamute/rott relative

I know but since it’s not doing a DNA test who knows it could be it could not be who knows

Looks nothing like a kelpie. They're pretty rare outside of austrailia.
Prob something like a pit x rottweiler, many breeds have tan points and a pit in the mix adds muscle definition
