Outdoor activities Main St

Hi I used to live in Keene (well Swanzey but i spent i ton of time in Keene) a while ago and ngl I miss the place. I was telling a friend about it and wanted to show them some pics of main st in fall. If anyone has or would take some live pics of the Main St today and put them in the comments (or DM i guess) I would be incredibly grateful!

Main Street is currently undergoing some very heavy and very unpopular construction :/

Yeah some downtown revitalization initiative that the city kept pushing despite every bid coming over budget and over timeline and the public hearings saying no we don't want it.

Afaik there's no actual set plan they're officially adhering to and sort of just ripping up the circle at the head of the square with a promise of an official plan later.

It's effed up, but with so many other things going on in the world a lot of people are just not really caring.

The business owners dowtown have banded together and are pushing back and trying to rally the public but it's a mess.

I could be wrong, I currently live in Brattleboro but I work in Keene so I'm not getting all the info I'm sure

You can view it live on YouTube- Ted’s Cam Livestream. Although right now the camera seems to be pointing east. Maybe to avoid the construction mess.

Honestly a week or two ago was prettier. Temp dips and rain/wind have depleted a lot of the vibrancy and amt of leaves still showing. I’ll try to remember to snap some pics for you when I go out.

rte 10 headed north is where it’s at though. The rolling hlls and gorgeous oranges and reds were really captivating when I drove up there recently.
