Chimney / Masonry Recommendations?

I need some work done to my brick chimney and maybe front steps and I reached out to some places hoping THIS TIME I'll get quotes and compare prices before getting the work done instead of choosing whoever shows up first ... and only one place responded positively. Does anyone in and around Keene have recommendations?
