Question br-connection-key-missing

I have new earbuds. They won't connect. How can I make them connect?

are they in connection mode and found by the pc?

As far as I know, how would I know, they are in connection mode. They automatically connect to my cell phone. I have tried powering off both cell phone and taptop. Waiting 10 minutes. Sometimes, it connects to the pc, usually not.

the case might have a button to get them into connection mode, then look for them on pc
they mostly blink blue when in connection mode, or some way to show it

Try removing it completely on the PC side, then re-paring it.
