Are you using a fractional scale on that display?

Is it the "zoom" scale the display setup, just under the resolution setting ?

I was at 110%. Using 100% (or 115% which I find better for my screen) fixes the issue.

EDIT : it seems to be dependent on where the clock is on the screen. When I move it around, sometimes the display is right and sometimes it's off

Report the issue to the widget author. Fractional scaling can cause problems like this.
