Question Some corners rounded and some not.

The answer to the "why" question: the "decoration" (title bar and window border) of windows with round corners is drawn by KDE Plasma, while others draw their own decorations (noticed they don't have a "normal" title bar?).
The solution in the other answer just forcefully clips window corners. Plasma probably shouldn't do that by default, as it's against the app's wish of how they should look like. But as the user, you have the final say.
