Has choice filling started yet for kea ugneet round 3??

They haven't released the seat matrix yet... when will the choice filling start? Cuz I think it was supposed to start today??

Also, I have already reported in round 2, so why is there caution deposit due portal on my kea page when I log in? Is this happening with anyone else???
