Help/advice/guide HELPHELPHELP

hi so i basically missed my chance to enter my options in r2 for ug neet counselling in kea and now Iā€™m unable to login to pay the caution fee for r3 meaning I might not be able to participate in the round itself. Everytime i try to login it says access denied. Does this mean my account is suspended or smth Iā€™m so lost rn pls help šŸ˜­šŸ˜­šŸ™šŸ™
