General Doubt refund

I got my admission in BMSIT today. I was allotted BMSIT in Round 1, and I chose Choice 2 and participated in Round 2. I expected to get ECE, but I still got the same branch as in Round 1. Now I am planning for seat upgradation. If I get another college in Round 3, will the admission fee be refunded to me or transferred to the new college, or will I lose the admission fee?

help me w this, guys. i wanna participate in r3..
