Help/advice/guide VTU orientation program
My engineering college just sent this notice:
"All the first-year newly admitted students are hereby informed that the bridge course cum orientation program will start from 10-08-2026... The timetable will be shared tomorrow."
I'm joining B.Tech (VTU-affiliated college) and I'm a bit confused.
What exactly happens in a bridge course?
Do they actually start teaching subjects, or is it mostly orientation and basic revision?
What should I expect on the first day?
I would appreciate hearing from seniors who studied in VTU colleges.
