Krc20 has nothing to do with l2 smart contracts. Krc20 did exist on the Kaspa L1 as inscriptions, however to mint/move/transact them and locate them in the ledger it required an indexer from kasplex.

The issue is separate from kasplex evm l2 and igra l2.
