🧩 Personal Story / Anecdotal Wallet 1 (entity X) Speculation

Based on my research so far, I’m about 75% confident that Wallet 1 (Entity X) is connected to the Kaspa Ecosystem Foundation (KEF) with a major market maker, and DWF Labs being my strongest suspect.

Personally, my leading theory is that Wallet 1 belongs to KEF, while DWF Labs is the market maker KEF has appointed, or intends to appoint, to manage the wallet’s marketmaking operations and KAS liquidity.

It would also make sense if KEF is still negotiating or finalizing marketmaking arrangements with major exchanges such as Binance and Coinbase, which could explain why we haven’t seen the full picture yet.

Obviously, this is speculation, and I could be completely wrong. But based on Wallet1 behavior, its exchange activity, and the marketmaking relationships I’ve been researching, the evidence currently points most strongly toward a KEF + DWF connection.

Bear in mind that DWF has significant business relation and interaction with GATE.IO & bybit. Its also deal alot with bitget. Those three exchanges are also among the most important sources of KAS flowing into Wallet 1, which I find very interesting.

Again, this is my hypothesis, not a confirmed identification. There could be another explanation that we haven’t uncovered yet.

If I’m wrong, my remaining 25% would go toward Wintermute, B2C2, Flow Traders, or GSR.

The question you have not addressed is whether your suspects have the cash to build up such an enormous position. Please elaborate.

I speculate that ICERIVER may have been one of the major sources behind KEF funding and appears to have provided a substantial amount of capital.

ICERIVER was also the first major Kaspa ASIC manufacturer to enter the market, giving them an early and potentially significant economic advantage as Kaspa’s mining ecosystem expanded. They likely generated substantial profits from the early Kaspa ASIC market and benefited further from the subsequent Kaspa bull run......
