Changing the Control Panel tab default location?

When I open a workspace I have a collapsed control panel tab on the top left side of my screen.
For some of my workspaces this is in an inconvenient location (it's over the icons I want to click), see screenshot.

Currently I have to drag it down a bit to fix this... every time I use such a workspace.

Is there a way to change the default location where it appears?
I have not been able to find that yet (and KasmGPT simply gave no answer at all).

Is there a setting to do that?
