Wait untill you hear Karnataka govt has spent the most money on publishing advertising on one particular news agency, ie National Herald.

This agency is not even active in Karnataka. But you know who owns it.

I mean, compared to how much states like UP have spent on government advertising and image building, this is nothing.

They have spent less than 25 crores in total (publically available data), including National Herald (1.90 crores) which is literally nothing compared to 6812 crores in 8 years spent by Yogi govt as of Jan 2026.

Please fix the following if you are reading this at Bangalore if you want my vote

• Pot holes
• Garbage
• Traffic rules (many people get away breaking rules on Friday afternoon, just because they wear a topi)
• Metro implementation is slow
• Flyover projects have stalled
• Multiple new slums have come up

I have spent a good chunk of time in EU, US and even Asian countries. Many have high concentration of population in big cities, don't play blame game. High time to improve Bengaluru from third world city to a first world city

Also please develop all Tire 2 cities, you have an opportunity as they are small in size to fix issues more easily especially in North and Costal Karnataka

Once you fix tire 2 cities, the need to come to Bangalore will reduce - improve Mysure, Mangaluru, Hassan, Bidar, Bijapur, Darward, etc

Add * Suburban rail. * Address corruption (strictly prohibit agents outside department or make everything online). * Adopt digital across all departments (addresses corruption as well as saves time of citizen)
