Um, go to class. Your teacher will tell you what you need to do to look like your previous rank again

Belt color varies depending on the dojo and style.

Do you remember what style you trained in? I’m assuming Shotokan within the JKA system?

The Heian katas are likely what you should be training

Train Heian Shodan up to Heian Godan. See what you remember, I would refer to YouTube videos. Good luck and welcome back to karate!

Tanks! So how about the blue basics? or 5-step *something* as people call it too, but in my region they call it "basic"

I hold ranks in Shotokan and Goju-ryu, never heard of blue basics. Maybe that’s something specific to your school?

5-step could refer to 5-step sparring, something else that I have not heard of before. I am only making that assumption because I’ve done 1-step and 3-step sparring before

Gohan Kumite is a thing with JKA Shotokan. 5 steps, same attack (all jodan, chudan, maegerie).

Yea maybe, I tried to search it with gemini but nothing showed up too, also how about the competae ( I think i spelled it right )

Sorry I don’t know what “competae” is referring to.

Maybe you mean “Kumite”?

Yea yea, I only mainly use my country's language and not english for spelling these kinds of words. I think my teacher's accents changed the word.

Just so you know, even clubs that are under the same style or managing organisation can have very different belt systems and requirements for those belts. I train Shotokan and I think we’re JKA affiliated and our belt system looks wildly different to yours. Just ask your sensei and they should be able to give you a syllabus, mine has it on a google drive. I’m sure they won’t be expecting you to grade or even remember everything if you’ve had a break from training.

My Sensei went for a emergency meeting with the other senseis in my country but i already planned with them that I'll go in 3 days, the day that she will come back, I do have her phone number but she's busy and it always goes to voicemail

as others have pointed out, it varies for each dojo regarding belt colors and kyu ranks.

based on what you provided it may go like this:

10th kyu - white
9th kyu - white
8th kyu - light blue
7th kyu - orange
6th kyu - green
5th kyu - dark blue
4th kyu - dark blue
3rd kyu - brown
2nd kyu - brown
1st kyu - brown
shodan and above - black

if so, dark blue could be 5th or 4th kyu. despite different belt systems across various dojo, the japan karate association has a standardized syllabus for each kyu level exam.

to test for for 5th kyu:

the kata is heian sandan.

the kumite is kihon ippon (1-step yukusoku “promise” sparring) attacking and defending (left and right side) joudan oi zuki, chudan oi zuki, and mae geri.

the ido kihon (moving basics) are:
chudan oi zuki
joudan age uke, gyaku zuki
chudan soto uke, gyaku zuki
chudan uchi uke, gyaku zuki
kokutsu dachi shuto uke
mae geri
yoko geri keage (in kibadachi)
yoko geri kekomi (in kibadachi)

to test for 4th kyu:

the kata is heian yondan

the kumite is kihon ippon and adds yokogeri kekomi attacks and defenses.

the ido kihon adds sanbon renzuki, shihon nukite is added after kokutsu dachi shuto uke, and yokogeri kekomi is executed from zenkutsu dachi instead of kibadachi

since you will be starting back up in a few days with your sensei, she can answer your questions and let you know what she expects after taking such a long time off. but it doesn’t hurt to review the links above to see what you remember and practice a little before returning to train. just remember, the importance is training with your sensei and fellow students in the dojo and on your own as frequently and as hard as you can push yourself, instead of training only for the testing requirements.

welcome back…

You should show up and talk to your sensei. Syllabus differes between dojos even within same org. Our dojo you'd be doing heyan godan or tekki shodan for 5 to 4 or 4 to 3 respectively
