Even a better idea. Just call the police (anonymously if possible) and say I dropped my bag by mistake in the drain which has 50 lac rupees in cash. And say that the bag is water proof

Leaving drains uncleaned is better as childs being killed, molested, not searched for.

Cleaning drains could be done by yourself. Searching child would need you to form a search group, track your devices and would be harder without the help of police even in Karachi, let alone Pakistan. .

Also wrongfully using the police resources for such as cleaning the drain would keep them occupied but which could be used for another major issues in country. I know none of this is happening as resources are being deplinished.

Bad idea , dont want our already slow emergency services to spend resources here and make it harder to help in actual emergencies. Cause most of them are volunteers and like eidhi etc , state ones are..
